Job Description
This Hong Kong prestigious organization is looking to add a Portfolio Compliance Manager to its legal team based in Guangzhou to preserve its reputation and integrity. You will provide compliance advice and support to ensure their compliance programs in smooth operation in China. Also, you will work closely with the business units to oversee and manage their client portfolios.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a law degree with over 8 years’ compliance experience, preferably with MNCs, consultancy firms and/or accounting firms. Hands-on experience in implementing compliance programs for Chinese operating entities in PRC is necessary, as well as solid experience in gap analysis, issue spotting, and compliance reporting. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is mandatory. REF: 16455/VTA
