Job Description
Our client, a top-tier UK law firm, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the Chinese compliance function and a trusted advisor to Partners, other fee-earners, and business professionals.
Job Requirements
- You will have a professional qualification in governance, risk & compliance, and, ideally, you will have 6+ years’ compliance-related experience.
- Candidates with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, a good understanding of local Bar regulations and law firms, and internal policies & controls implementation exp are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local AML, anti-bribery, data privacy, and insider trading regulations are highly desirable. REF: 16806/VTA
