Job Description
A promising Singaporean digital infrastructure platform with a large footprint in Asia is looking for a junior lawyer or an experienced paralegal to support their growing global legal team. Working closely with the regional business teams you will provide legal support on a varied range of general corporate and commercial matters including drafting, reviewing, filing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and working on commercial transactions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 of years experience as a paralegal or a qualified lawyer working in a multinational in-house environment or a well-recognized law firm. Strong communication and influencing skills will be vital together with the desire to work in a futuristic tech-savvy environment. REF: 16389/VTA
