Christopher & Lee Ong (CLO), a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia in Malaysia, welcomes partners Adrian Chee, Jennifer Lee, Justin Chua, Jacyn Phuah and Adrian Yap, who will drive the corporate team to new heights.
The addition of these partners, along with their dedicated teams, enhances CLO’s capabilities in M&A, the equity and debt capital markets as well as the banking and finance practices.
Chee will lead the corporate M&A practice with Phuah. Lee and Yap will support the firm’s banking and finance practice group, covering conventional and Islamic finance. Chua, an expert in equity capital market transactions, will boost the firm’s capital markets practice group, which is co-headed by Yon See Ting and Annette Soh.
