Job Description
A US law firm is actively looking for a capital markets legal manager to be based in Beijing or Hong Kong. This role will mainly focus on drafting prospectus and other legal matters related with IPO transactions. ABLJ8945
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have a US LLM / JD and a PRC LLB from top law schools together with 1-2 years’ relevant experience from a reputable law firm. Good career track on offer and native Mandarin and fluent English is essential.
