Job Description
A highly regarded UK law firm is now hiring an Equity Capital Markets Associate with an HK IPO focus to join its market-leading team. The work will involve acting for issuers and investors on Hong Kong IPOs, secondary fundraisings, and general ongoing listed advisory work. It is a unique opportunity to work with one of the premier names in the field on notable transactions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong/US qualified lawyer with 2-4 years’ PQE of HK IPO work gained in leading firms. Fluent written and oral English and Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese are required. REF: 16615/VTA
