Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Mid to Senior-level Associate to join a top-tier data protection practice in Hong Kong. Our client, an international law firm with a wealth of data protection advisory experience over decades, is looking for a Common Law qualified lawyer with 3-5 years’ PQE in data protection and privacy fields.
Requirements
Experience in drafting and advising data privacy policies and agreements, conducting data transfer compliance audits and investigation is essential. A good team player with excellent academics and communication skills who embraces diversity in the workplace is preferred.
