Aditya Ganju, formerly a disputes partner at Khaitan & Co, has concluded his tenure with the firm to establish his independent counsel practice.

His association with Khaitan began in 2013 and he was promoted as a partner in 2020.

Prior to Khaitan, Ganju worked in the chambers of senior advocate TK Ganju and Fox Mandal.

Aditya Ganju has more than 13 years of professional experience, and specialises in a spectrum of legal domains, with a focus on commercial, infrastructure and construction disputes.

His expertise extends to both international and domestic arbitrations, where he has adeptly represented clients involved in diverse infrastructure and construction projects.

Ganju actively participates in associations such as the Society for Construction Law, the SIAC, the YIAG and the MCIA.

Currently, Ganju has an office in the Defence Colony with a distinct emphasis on handling various disputes in commercial and infrastructure law.
