Antares Legal advised on the sale of electronics reverse-commerce company Gadgetwood Eservices, which operates Yaantra, to the Flipkart Group.
Antares advised private equity fund Carpediem Capital Partners Fund I, which is both an existing investor in Yaantra and the promoters of Yaantra, while S&R Associates advised Flipkart.
The deal was announced on 13 January.
The Antares team comprised partner Siddharth Bhavnani, principal associate Surbhi Kothiala, senior associate Devanjali Rastogi and associates Ayushi Berry, Charu Tripathi and Navya Mehrotra. Partners Seher Ali and Surbhi Gupta also advised.
S&R Associates‘ team was led by partners Rajat Sethi and Sudip Mahapatra, and included associates Sarangan Rajeshkumar, Durga Prasad Mohapatra and Nikhitha Tadigoppula.
