Gagan Kathuria has joined AnantLaw as a partner in its corporate M&A practice and will be based in New Delhi.
Kathuria brings more than 18 years of experience spanning private practice and international leadership roles. His expertise spans corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity, venture capital, data protection, and cross-border transactions across a range of sectors.
Before joining AnantLaw, Kathuria was vice president and APJ regional general counsel at Ceridian in Singapore. He has also practised with leading law firms in India.
