Anshum Singh has joined Wadhwa Law Offices as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice and is based at the firm’s Gurugram office.
Singh focuses on general corporate matters and advises clients across the hospitality, real estate, regulatory and technology sectors. With more than two decades of experience spanning both private practice and in-house roles, she brings a commercially focused perspective to complex legal and regulatory issues.
She has worked closely with fast-growing businesses and is familiar with the practical challenges companies face in the startup ecosystem, including rapid expansion, evolving regulatory frameworks, and shifting stakeholder expectations. Her approach centres on practical, business-led advice that balances commercial priorities with effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Wadhwa Law Offices, Singh held roles at leading law firms and high-growth consumer technology companies, including OYO, Zomato and the Ibibo Group. In these positions, she advised senior leadership teams while supporting the expansion of complex businesses across multiple jurisdictions.
