Landing Law Offices has hired Lin Lei as a senior partner based in Shanghai to strengthen the firm’s capabilities in capital markets and asset management.
Prior to joining Landing, Lin was a partner at DeHeng Law Offices’ Shanghai branch and was a partner at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm.
Lin has extensive experience in cross-border M&A, asset management, as well as PRC and overseas listings. He has advised manufacturing, shipping and real estate companies on their Hong Kong and Singapore IPOs.
He also specialises in fund management, having assisted on the establishment of several fund management companies as well as licence applications, and provided end-to-end services, including due diligence for equity investments, transaction negotiations and agreement drafting.
