Vara Gaur has joined as a partner in Saga Legal’s litigation and dispute resolution practice, bringing a broad range of experience to the team.
She will lead the firm’s disputes matters in the technology, media and telecoms sector, providing substantial expertise in the tech-driven commercial litigation, platform liability, data privacy and arbitration areas.
Gaur has represented a broad spectrum of clients — from global tech giants to Indian digital startups — in high-stakes, complex disputes before the Supreme Court of India, various high courts, arbitral tribunals and sectoral regulators. She has been handling sensitive matters relating to online content, intermediary liability, and the rapidly evolving data protection landscape.
