G Madhusudhana brings three decades of exeprience to the team at IndusLaw, where he will be a partner in the real estate practice at the Bengaluru office.
Madhusudhana specialises in the real estate aspects related to corporate transactions, investments, financing and dispute resolution.
Previously, he was the head of legal at RMZ Corp, a prominent real estate developer in Bengaluru, for more than 16 years, managing high-value investments and joint ventures with global entities such as AIG Global Real Estate and the Qatar Investment Authority.
He has worked on compliance, investor relations and corporate governance, and he held directorial positions in multiple special purpose vehicles. Madhusudhana’s extensive real estate expertise also includes transaction structuring, commercial leasing and title due diligence.
He has represented clients in complex civil and commercial disputes across various legal forums, including the high courts, city civil courts, tribunals, and in arbitration.
Madhusudhana has also previously worked at Dua Associates and J. Sagar Associates, and serves as a specialist mediator on the India panel of the Singapore International Mediation Centre.
