Mayer Brown represented Hong Kong-listed alternative investment financial services firm Sun Hung Kai in its USD90 million series B investment in Sygnum Bank, the world’s first digital asset bank with a Swiss banking licence and a Singapore asset management licence. Mayer Brown was led by corporate and securities partner Mark Uhrynuk in Hong Kong and London-based IP and IT group partner Oliver Yaros.
