A lawyer in the US who earlier this year filed a lawsuit to prevent the outsourcing of legal work overseas has dropped the case.
Joseph A Hennessey was forced to drop the case after the plaintiff in the suit, his law firm Newman McIntosh & Hennessey, announced it was dissolving.
The suit was filed against Acumen, an India-based legal process outsourcing firm (LPO).
