Herbert Smith Freehills has boosted its disputes practice with the addition of Pariyapol Kamolsilp as a partner in Bangkok.
“Thailand’s economy is growing and Bangkok is also a business hub for Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam investment, so client demand for our services is rising,” said Warathorn Wongsawangsiri, managing partner and head of disputes at Herbert Smith Freehills.
Kamolsilp has more than 16 years of experience in domestic and international arbitration and served as co-head of the dispute resolution practice group at Kudun and Partners.
A member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, Kamolsilp is a registered arbitrator with both the Thai Arbitration Institute and the Thailand Arbitration Centre.
