YNSS Law Offices has advised Great Rocksport, a Mahindra-backed company providing in-school adventure programmes, in successfully raising USD3 million from Brand Capital, the strategic investment arm of The Times of India.
This transaction has significantly enhanced Rocksport’s valuation, which is now USD30 million. YNSS partner Nitu Agarwal led the transaction team with associates Chandrei Mitra and Misbah Merchant assisting.
The funds raised will bolster marketing and brand-building endeavours aimed at showcasing its unique products to potential consumers.
