Pankaj Kapoor has taken the opportunity to head the legal department at Adani Total Gas.

He added, “My goal as the legal head is to make the legal department a strategic partner in the company’s success, contributing to its growth, minimising risks and upholding the highest ethical standards.”
With more than 24 years of experience, Kapoor has diverse skills, specialising in telecom infrastructure, mining, power (thermal and renewable), real estate and hospitality.
Kapoor has handled matters, including strategic legal planning, litigation management, commercial contracting, and legal and statutory compliance.
Prior to joining Adani, Kapoor was legal head at Sembcorp Energy India. He has also worked for the Bharat Aluminium Company, Bharti Infratel, DLF Home Developers, Hotel Le Meridien, etc.
