Debashree Dutta and Roopali Singh have joined co-founders Shameek Chaudhuri and Arvind Ramesh as founding partners at Vritti Law Partners.
Dutta, who will be based in the Mumbai office, has expertise in financing matters involving projects, infrastructure, acquisitions, loan portfolio acquisitions, securitisations, private credit, real estate, fintech, debt restructurings and insolvency. Dutta was previously at AZB & Partners as a senior associate and later joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as a partner in the firm’s banking, finance and project finance practice.
Disputes lawyer Singh has almost two decades of experience in international and domestic arbitrations, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar crime, and has represented top corporations, PE funds, and government entities globally. She was a senior partner at AZB & Partners.
Singh will be based in Vritti Law’s recently opened New Delhi office.
