Inttl Advocare has promoted 14 lawyers to various positions, including Vishal Tripathi and Manish Kumar Mishra as partners, raising the partnership ranks to six.
Tripathi, a registered patent agent and attorney at law, boasts 18 years of extensive experience in the patent sector. He joined the firm in 2005 and has advanced its patent prosecution practice.
Mishra brings close to 15 years of expertise in dealing with trademark, copyright, design and enforcement matters in various industries including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, liquor, fashion, steel, accessories, cosmetics, telecommunications, FMCG, and more. Additionally, he has counselled clients on developing brand strategies.
The firm has also promoted Rohan Ahuja as an associate partner, who has 12 years of experience in managing multi-jurisdictional disputes, covering commercial and contractual matters, arbitration, information technology, intellectual property rights, and real estate.
