Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advises Kerala Financial Corporation on issuing INR7.5 billion worth of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
CAM assisted Kerala Financial in navigating the intricacies of the NCD issuance process, while the law firm’s banking and structured finance practice team provided guidance on private placement matters and listing of the NCDs.
Partner Leena Chacko led CAM’s transaction team, with support from principal associate Srinjoy Bhattacherjee, and associates Shivendra Shukla and Hrishikesh Bhise.
The transaction involves the issuing of NCDs in two tranches: the Kerala Financial Corporation Debenture Series I 2023 for INR4.765 billion and the Kerala Financial Corporation Debenture Series II 2023 for INR2.735 billion.
