Three partners at Thai law firm Blumenthal Richter & Sumet – Ittinant Suwanjutha, Anuwat Ngamprasertkul, and Siripen Kulworakulpitak – have launched their own firm, IAS Advisory.

The firm’s client base includes multinational corporations, small and medium enterprises, high net-worth individuals, and startups.

“Our aim is to cultivate legal relationships that are based on familiarity and trust, which is the reason so many of our clients return to us for advice in other areas of their life and business,” said Ngamprasertkul.

The three IAS founders have decades of experience operating in Thailand’s complex regulatory frameworks, advising on regulatory changes and legal updates in the full spectrum of practice areas.

Suwanjutha is experienced in assisting foreign investors, real estate developers and energy companies with negotiating and structuring sales, legal due diligence investigations, M&As, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions, as well as leasing, development, construction and operations of property in Thailand.

Ngamprasertkul, a dispute resolution expert, has more than 20 years of experience in court proceedings, including claims and defences in civil, criminal, labour, white-collar crime, shareholder dispute, bankruptcy, taxation, consumer protection and international trade case matters, as well as arbitration.

Kulworakulpitak has been practising law for 17 years, and is experienced in handling corporate and commercial-related matters, as well as cross-border M&A deals and transactions. She also advises Thai and foreign business leaders on compliance and governance, as well as risk management when operating in the country’s complex regulatory frameworks.
