Singaporean veteran real estate lawyer Yeong Wai Cheong has returned to RHTLaw Asia after a nine- year stint at Drew Napier as a director.
Previously, Yeong was at RHTLaw from 2011 to 2013, also as a partner.
Dual-qualified in Singapore and Hong Kong, Yeong has represented parties for the sale and purchase and financing of industrial, commercial and residential properties in Singapore and Hong Kong.
He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, banking and finance, representing Singapore-listed companies and banks, purchasers and vendors, developers, landlords and tenants across a range of domestic and cross-border financing and real estate matters.
