Introduction

Justin Zhou is a partner of Young-Ben Law Firm, soon to join the Shanghai branch of Han Kun Law Offices. He is a member of the Supreme People’s Court Consulting Expert Database for Civil and Administrative Cases. He is a member of the Labour and Social Security Specialty Committee of the SBA. He is also a guest lecturer at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Justin specialises in labour and employment, commercial compliance, and dispute resolution. Justin has in-depth research and practical experience in the termination of labour contracts, management of competition restrictions, and employee placement in corporate M&A, and is good at providing targeted solutions. At the same time, Justin also has rich practical experience in handling labour disputes and is well versed in the main points of all aspects of disputes. He has successfully represented many major and difficult cases, such as the “first AI-replaced labour dispute case in Shanghai” and its related series of cases, as well as a number of collective disputes involving multiple people.
