Zhong Lun Law Firm adds two partners to strengthen its capital markets, customs and import/export practice, positioning Cheng Huade in its Hangzhou office and Tiger Lee in its Shenzhen office.
Cheng will be a key member of the firm’s capital markets, M&A and corporate business, covering biomedicine, high-end equipment manufacturing, information technology and other industries. He had advised state-owned enterprises, leading medical device companies, and well-known pharmaceutical companies on domestic and overseas listings, asset restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and other legal services.
Previously, Cheng was a partner at both Tian Yuan Law Firm and AllBright Law Offices.
Lee, formerly a section chief of the Anti-Smuggling Bureau of the Shenzhen Customs department, has 15 years of experience in both administrative and criminal law enforcement. He specialises in litigation and arbitration, white-collar crime and criminal compliance, and overseas commercial dispute resolution, especially customs and import/export and has experience in advising the largest yacht company in Asia in this practice area.
Lee joined from DHH Law Firm and DeHeng Law Offices as a partner.
