White & Case has hired Wilfred Ho, previously a counsel at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom for more than three years, as a partner of its global commercial litigation practice in Hong Kong.
Specialising in international arbitration and commercial litigation, Ho has more than a decade of experience advising on a wide spectrum of commercial disputes in Greater China, including shareholder disputes, insolvency and restructuring-related actions, intellectual property issues and disputes in complex commercial transactions.
Ho has also represented companies and private equity funds in various court and arbitration proceedings, with a solid client base from the gaming, media, entertainment, hospitality, technology and energy sectors.
