The PRC visa office in Hong Kong has introduced an updated visa application form to be used for all PRC visa applications submitted in Hong Kong after 1 July 2013. Some notable updates include:
- Whether the applicant has dual nationality;
- Detailed information regarding the intended trip to China (including a list of all cities and provinces to be visited); and
- Detailed information regarding the applicant’s Hong Kong visa status (including visa details for an applicant who entered Hong Kong under the visa-free arrangement).
The updated form is specifically for applications submitted at the PRC visa office in Hong Kong.
