Karthik Somasundaram has joined Spice Route Legal’s disputes practice as a partner based in the Mumbai office.
Somasundaram has more than two decades of experience and is widely recognised for his proficiency in TMT, IP, energy, insolvency, regulatory and commercial disputes throughout India.
He worked at Bharucha & Partners, Krishnamurthy & Co and DSK Legal prior to joining Spice Route Legal.
He regularly counsels and advocates for clients in domestic and international commercial arbitration bodies, including the International Chamber of Commerce, the London Court of International Arbitration, and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
He practises in various courts and tribunals across India, including the Supreme Court and the Bombay High Court.
