Dentons Rodyk has advised Singapore Land Group (SingLand) on deal structuring for the partial redevelopment of the Marina Square complex.
The project will add luxury residences, serviced apartments, premium grade A offices, public parks, arts and cultural spaces, and sports and wellness facilities. The cost of the redevelopment was undisclosed.
Three new towers will also be integrated with the site’s existing hotels – Pan Pacific Singapore, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay and Mandarin Oriental, Singapore.
Dentons Rodyk advised on the structuring and definitive agreements, navigating existing land restrictions, ongoing businesses and operations, subdivision, rezoning and change-of-use considerations.
The team included senior partner Pat Lynn Leong, head of the real estate practice, partner Geena Liaw and associate Victoria Chia.
SingLand said the partial redevelopment of the Marina Square complex, located in the Marina Bay area, was expected to be completed by 2031.
