Sidley Austin has hired finance lawyer Daniel Lindsey as a partner in its global finance group in Singapore, where he will work closely with the firm’s private equity practice. Lindsey moved from Hong Kong, where he was most recently a partner at Goodwin Procter for four years after an almost three-year partnership at Kirkland & Ellis.
Lindsey is experienced in assisting private equity sponsors and private credit providers on debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings, as well as fund-level financings.
