Shivani Khandekar has joined Singhania & Co’s dispute resolution practice as a partner after quitting her role at Trilegal.
Khandekar had been working with Trilegal since 2017 and was a counsel with the team’s dispute resolution practice. She will be joining the Delhi office of Singhania & Co.
She has a special focus on commercial and construction disputes, with expertise in representing clients within the energy, construction, telecommunications, and technology sectors.
Khandekar has extensive experience in both international and domestic arbitration proceedings, along with litigation in the Supreme Court of India, various high courts and tribunals.
