Reed Smith has strengthened its Singapore office with the hires of Manoj Purushothaman and Simon Spells as partners. Both joined from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where they headed the corporate team and the transport and asset finance team, respectively, in Singapore.
Bolstering the firm’s global corporate group, Purushothaman brings more than 15 years of experience in cross-border M&A and private equity matters to the firm. He advises US clients with operations in Asia on pre-investment restructuring, regional employment and global mobility matters.
