Hammurabi & Solomon has hired Pravesh Khandelwal as a partner to lead its indirect taxes (IDT) and goods and services tax (GST) practice in Gurugram. Khandelwal joins from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he worked for nearly nine years and was an associate director.
“We see a huge amount of potential in the IDT and GST practice,” Hammurabi & Solomon’s managing partner Manoj Kumar told India Business Law Journal. “This practice not only affects the supply chain, but also has implications on the financial system, with a significant impact on cash flow, absolute costs and risk exposures.”
