Pinsent Masons MPillay has strengthened its financing capability with the appointment of Jessica Loy as a partner at its Singapore office.
Loy joins from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (HSF Kramer), where she spent 13 years and most recently served as counsel.
She brings more than a decade of experience advising lenders and corporate borrowers on international structured financing transactions, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
“Pinsent Masons MPillay is very much focused on assisting clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors, and Jessica brings extensive experience in financing that will assist our clients to fund projects of importance to the region,” Chen Han Toh, co-head of Pinsent Masons MPillay, told Asia Business Law Journal.
Pinsent Masons MPillay has operated under a Joint Law Venture since 2010, combining the international firm Pinsent Masons with Singapore firm MPillay.
