IndusLaw plans to strengthen its litigation team across its four offices and recently hired Swapnil Khatri as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice.
“It has been the firm’s goal to have a strong and competent litigation team across offices,” V Srinivasa Raghavan, a founding partner of IndusLaw and the head of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice, told India Business Law Journal.
“Getting Swapnil on board will significantly enhance the firm’s existing dispute resolution and litigation capability in Mumbai.”
