Morrison & Foerster (MOFO) has appointed disputes and compliance expert Chen Zhu as a strategic partner in its global investigations and white-collar defence practice in Hong Kong.
Zhu was previously a counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell. He strengthens the firm’s government and internal investigations, cross-border enforcement and commercial litigation offerings.
He has extensive experience advising on US economic sanctions, anti-money laundering, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), securities and accounting fraud, and related governance and corporate compliance issues, with a particular focus on China, Japan and Southeast Asia.
