Kanga & Co is the sole adviser for MK Sons Fine Jewels and the book-running lead manager, Aryaman Financial Services, on the jewellery company’s proposed initial public offering of up to 17 million equity shares with a face value of INR10 each.
The offering comprises a fresh issue of up to 13.6 million shares and an offer for sale of up to 3.4 million existing shares, with the total IPO value remaining undisclosed. The company filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India in May 2o26.
Senior partner Chetan Thakkar is leading the transaction team, with the support of principal associate Tejal Patankar, senior associate Pooja Lalwani, and associates Meghna Sharma, Vansh Chadha, Suphla Singh and Sachi Ray.
MK Sons Fine Jewels is a retail-focused jewellery company, marketing and selling of a diverse range of gold, diamond and cubic zirconia jewellery through its chain of showrooms since 2012.
