Japanese firm Miura & Partners will expand its reach into Vietnam with the Ho Chi Minh office opening in February 2024.
The new office will support Miura’s initiative to strengthen its one-stop support capabilities. Collaborating with Japanese and Vietnamese lawyers, the office will deliver solutions grounded in Vietnamese law and the local business environment.
The Ho Chi Minh office will assist Japanese companies venturing into new markets, forging business alliances, navigating acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations. It is set to manage cross-border projects not only in Vietnam but also across the broader Asian region.
