Milanka Chaudhury joins Trilegal as partner in the dispute resolution practice in New Delhi, taking the firm’s partnership strength to 104.
Chaudhury has 23 years of experience in dispute resolution having worked extensively in aviation, energy, roads and railway sectors. He specialises in litigation and arbitration in the infrastructure sector.
He specialises in airport regulatory disputes having appeared before the appellate tribunal and the Supreme Court, for aircraft lessor disputes, and general aviation-related disputes for multiple airport operators.
Chaudhury has to his credit the privatisation case of the Delhi Airport, the first Supreme Court judgment on airport tariffs and challenge to the levy of development fees.
Prior to joining Trilegal, Chaudhury was a partner at Dentons Link Legal.
