Akshay Malhotra has joined TT&A as partner in the firm’s projects, infrastructure and energy team, increasing the partnership to 26.
Malhotra specialises in providing counsel to clients regarding project development and implementation across a wide range of sectors including, but not restricted to, energy, power, transportation, social infrastructure and defence procurement with notable contributions in representing oil, gas and renewable energy companies.
He has represented government authorities, sponsors, contractors and lenders in financing, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on public-private partnerships.
Prior to joining TT&A, Malhotra was a partner at Khaitan & Co and HSA Advocates.
