Linklaters appoints global capital markets head, 年利达委任全球资本市场业务主管

Linklaters has named Hong Kong-based partner Sim Hwang Hwa as its global head of capital markets for a four-year term. He will replace London partner Michael Voisin when his tenure finishes at the end of April.

Sim has been a capital markets partner in Linklaters since 2010. He advises issuers, underwriters and investors on debt and equity products in China and the rest of Asia. He focuses on convertible and exchangeable bonds, cross-border bond issuances, panda bonds, green bonds and structured pre-IPO investments.

Linklaters also hired two new partners in Hong Kong: Lin Xiaoxi, who joins the firm’s corporate practice, and Alessandro Nolet, who will work in the banking practice.

Lin has private equity experience with a focus on control buyouts and growth capital investments. Lin joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was an M&A partner. He worked at Davis Polk before joining Kirkland & Ellis.

Nolet has advised on banking, finance and restructuring in Europe, Asia and the US, having worked in Cleary Gottlieb and White & Case, before joining Linklaters. subscripton ad blue 2022
