Job Description
Our client, a leading international high fashion brand, is looking to expand their legal team in Seoul, Korea due to exceptional business growth in the region. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will advise all business and corporate divisions on a variety of in-house legal matters including but not limited to general corporate and commercial matters, dispute resolution and investigations, labour law, e-commerce, IP etc.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must be 5-8PQE (US and/or Korea qualified) with substantial law firm training / in-house experience and strong knowledge of Korean law.
- Prior experience working within the luxury retail or e-commerce industries are a plus but not mandatory. Fluency in both English and Korean is essential. REF: 17098/VTA
