Jingtian & Gongcheng has signed up Qin Zhen and Fang Jianyan as partners to enhance its dispute resolution, private equity and venture capital practices in Shanghai.
Qin, previously a senior partner at AllBright Law Offices, brings 20 years of experience specialising in M&A and dispute resolution. She has represented multinational and Chinese companies across retail, automotive production, private equity fund, data centres, real estate, semiconductors and chemicals.
Fang, legally qualified in China and New York, focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital, and foreign direct investment. After her tenure at AllBright and Jingtian & Gongcheng, she took on a leadership role in risk control and compliance at a listed biopharmaceutical company, where she advised on fundraising and the structuring of renminbi and USD funds across greater China, the US, and Southeast Asia.
