Vietnam law firm Indochine Counsel hires Ngu Truong Huu, previously at Nishimura & Asahi, as a partner in Ho Chi Minh City.
Ngu had split his time between Nishmura’s Ho Chi Minh City and Tokyo offices as a counsel since 2018, focusing on M&A, project finance and capital markets.
Ngu has more than 14 years of experience advising companies in various sectors including banking, real estate, and energy on cross-border M&A, project finance and capital markets transactions. He wrote a book titled Pháp Lý M&A Căn Bản or Fundamentals of M&A Legal Practice, available in Vietnamese.
With this new addition, Indochine Counsel has seven partners in its Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices.
