Li joined from Real Long Law Firm, where he was a partner specialising in corporate compliance, life sciences and capital markets. Li has advised on property management, engineering and construction, human resources, financial leasing and other corporate matters.
Dispute resolution lawyer Lyu joined from Yuanhe Partners, where he focused on family wealth planning and criminal compliance. He has handled a number of commercial, civil and criminal cases on corporate matters, guarantee and financing contract disputes, and engineering projects.
