After being a partner for more than nine years at Malaysia’s Rahmat Lim & Partners, an associate firm of Singapore’s Allen & Gledhill, Ho Wei Lih has left to launch her own boutique law firm Wei Lih Ho & Co in Kuala Lumpur.
Wei Lih Ho & Co has six lawyers and is a Malaysian independent entity affiliated with the Deloitte Legal network, which comprises more than 2,500 legal professionals in 75-plus countries.
With more than 15 years of experience, Ho is recognised for her corporate and M&A work. Her new law firm will focus on advising clients in M&As, foreign inbound investments, joint ventures, general commercial contracts, private equity, private wealth and family business.
