Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) has bolstered its dispute resolution practice in Melbourne with the hire of commercial litigation and international arbitration lawyer Bronwyn Lincoln as a partner. Lincoln joined from Australian firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth, where she spent more than six years as a partner in the national litigation and dispute resolution group in Melbourne.
As an international arbitrator, Lincoln has experience in all aspects of arbitration proceedings in leading international arbitration institutes. She specialises in international commercial arbitration and high-value multi-jurisdictional disputes with a focus on international trade, shareholder and joint venture, and project or infrastructure disputes.
Lincoln has advised and acted for clients across a range of sectors, including technology, commodities, insurance, telecommunications, property, mining and resources, energy and pharmaceutical. She also advises on dispute resolution procedures, conflict of laws and public international law, and has acted in several high-profile prosecution cases.
