Grandall Law Firm has hired capital markets partners, Wan Kok Leong and Wong Sin Tung, as well as real estate partner, Wan Shiu-man, for its Hong Kong branch.

Wan Kok Leong and Wong, who were partners at Addleshaw Goddard previously, rank in the top 10 in underwriter consultations in terms of successful IPOs.

They specialise in financing and listings in Hong Kong, pre-IPO investments and restructuring, post-listing regulations and compliance. Wan Kok Leong also can advise on secondary financing and special purpose acquisition company issues.

Wan Shiu-man practised at Baker McKenzie as a partner before he joined Grandall. He specialises in providing real estate legal advice with a primary focus on development project matters, including the drafting of the deed of mutual covenant, obtaining pre-sale consent, compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sale) Ordinance and project conveyancing.

He has handled a HKD10 billion pre-sale of two commercial buildings in the same development project in Kowloon, Hong Kong, and a more than HKD4 billion purchase of a commercial building on Hong Kong Island.
