GMR Infrastructure and GMR Highways are selling their 51% stake in GMR OSE Hungund Hospet Highways, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) which owns and operates a section of a toll road on a 99-kilometre stretch on National Highway 13 in the state of Karnataka.
